Technical Facilities Officer

The FCM department realizes all facility-related matters within our location. These facility-related matters include maintenance and renovation of our buildings, installations, and terrain. In addition, we provide facility services such as cleaning, catering, security, reception, and mail processing. The department is responsible for a pleasant and well-maintained working environment and has extensive contact with (international) stakeholders. The FCM department is part of the Bosch Global Real Estate organization.

Our facility organization has a so-called 'low threshold'. This means that daily management from within the FCM department itself is coordinated. A part is performed and coordinated by an IFM (Integrated Facility Management) supplier.

The function

As Technical Facilities Officer, you will perform repair and maintenance work in the field of building management and our internal facility services. You will handle incoming service requests and ensure order and cleanliness based on the facility plan. Based on the required capacity and priorities, you will make a workload distribution.

Prior tasks:

• Performing various repairs independently, such as repairs to hang- and slide hardware, lighting, furniture, and interior design, and sanitary facilities;
• Performing independent tasks such as sanding and painting work, replacing floor coverings, and small plumbing jobs;
• Maintaining and replacing small electronic equipment;
• Caring for good registration, follow-up, and handling of (complex) questions;
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge bank/FAQ overview for internal and external questions;
• Monitoring the quality, speed, and customer orientation of the provided information and service delivery;
• Processing and sending mail and repro orders;
• Administering post, package, and repro assignments for internal settlement purposes;
• Setting up rooms and preparing equipment for meetings and events;
• Reserving pool and rental cars from the contracted supplier based on a digital request;
• Caring for control of completed orders, rental cars, and fuel consumption;
