Job description
What are our expectations?
➢ To perform service for equipment under warranty and post-warranty;
➢ To install and commission sold equipment;
➢ To train the beneficiary's specialized personnel (medical and technical);
➢ To provide expert consultancy to company clients;
➢ To actively participate in achieving the team's service target and reaching personal objectives, respecting company policies.
What qualities should define you:
➢ Ability to follow procedures and relate to other employees within the company, etc.;
➢ Experience in troubleshooting/maintaining electronic equipment (experience in the field of medical rehabilitation equipment is a plus);
➢ Experience in customer relations;
➢ Fluency in expression;
➢ Higher education (preferably in a technical field);
➢ Knowledge of a foreign language (preferably English, minimum intermediate level);
➢ Intermediate level use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel;
➢ Experience driving a car.
