Technical Enablement Lead

About the Role We are looking for a Technical Enablement Lead to build and scale onboarding, training, and certification programs for our Agent Reliability Engineering team. This role combines technical troubleshooting, coaching, knowledge management, and AI enablement to help support engineers deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver onboarding, training, and certification programs. Conduct workshops on React, Next.js, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, APIs, and other technologies as needed. Collaborate with the team to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training solutions. Develop and maintain a comprehensive training library, including documentation, tutorials, and guides. Create and deliver training content for new hires, existing employees, and external partners. Design and implement AI-powered tools to support onboarding and training processes. Analyze training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve programs. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of experience in technical enablement, training, or a related field. Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile methodologies. Experience with AI-powered tools and technologies.
