Technical Director

We’re looking for a Technical Director with a solid production background and a proven track record on at least 2 shipped titles with high-impact on the market. The Technical Director assesses sales opportunities and owns the delivery, technical execution, and health of engineering teams across active game projects, ensuring technical feasibility and long-lasting partnerships. You will be the key stakeholder for engineering deliverables, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of game development pipelines, technical debt management, and team leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. In addition, the Technical Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key partners, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and ensuring that all engineering teams are aligned with company goals and objectives.
