We now seek an experienced Technical Director - Electrical to be based in our Singapore office to inspire others. You will have the ability to run small and large projects, lead and manage a team of engineers, and provide technical guidance to junior staff. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in design, project management, and leadership. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing innovative solutions for clients; • Leading and managing a team of engineers; • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff; • Managing projects from concept to completion; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; • At least 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in design, project management, and leadership; • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget; • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including power generation, transmission, and distribution; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a team environment; • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
