Our company A&S International 2000 SRL is looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Director to join our dynamic team. If you are a proactive person with excellent leadership skills and a clear vision of technology, this position may be suitable for you.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the technical department and coordinate the team of technical specialists
- Develop and implement technical strategies to achieve company objectives
- Ensure optimal functioning of the company's technological infrastructure
- Closely collaborate with internal departments to identify and solve technical problems
- Monitor technological trends and propose continuous improvements
Criteria:
- Prior relevant experience in the technical field, with emphasis on team management
- Installation/energy electrician with at least 5 years of experience
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Able to make strategic decisions and resolve complex problems
- Solid knowledge of latest generation technologies and trends in the field
- Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent
