Technical Diplomat - Automation

Humangest Spa, a subsidiary of Salerno, selects for an enterprise client: Technical Diplomat - Automation. The resource, inserted within the organizational structure and in support of a senior figure, will be placed in the back office commercial role, dealing with:

• Scheduling offers, estimates, and solutions based on customer requests for automation projects
• Providing telephone support to customers in searching for automation materials
• Gathering and entering orders into the system
• Supporting the sales network in the field of automation
• Participating in training and continuous updating

Requirements:

• Diploma in technical direction: electronics/electrical/mechatronics expert; predisposition to a commercial role
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; basic knowledge of the English language
• Completing the profile are teamwork skills and a commercial attitude towards customers
