Technical Delivery Manager

Your responsibilities Comprehensive project management – from concept to production deployment. Coordination of cooperation with an external supplier and internal teams. Management of project scope, schedule, and budget. Collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams. Definition of roadmap, priorities, and success criteria. Supervision of the architecture and quality of the delivered solution. Identification of project risks and active change management. Ensuring timely execution and achievement of set business goals. Requirements Completed higher education in IT or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management, including projects implemented with external partners. Experience in leading development teams (min. 2–3 years). Good knowledge of modern application architectures and cloud environments. Ability to combine business and technical perspectives. Experience working with development teams. Independence, decisiveness, and responsibility for delivering results. Very good communication and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of English, fluent knowledge of Polish. Nice to have Knowledge of technologies: React, Python, LangGraph. Experience in projects based on AI / LLM / AI agents. Experience working with the Microsoft Azure platform. Participation in sales or process projects.
