Aufgaben

Your tasks

• Einarbeitung, Pflege und Qualitätssicherung kundenspezifischer sowie technischer Daten aus dem Automotive Bereich, insbesondere Stammdaten, Applikationslisten und weitere Prüfberichts-bezogene Daten (Felgenstammdaten, Montagekit-Listen, RDKS-Daten, Fahrzeugdaten)
• Zusammenführung, Aufbereitung und Auswertung technischer Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen
• Verarbeitung, inhaltliche Prüfung und vollständige Dokumentation von Prüfberichten inkl. Nachverfolgung von Auffälligkeiten
• Betreuung von Kunden und Datenlieferanten als Ansprechpartner für fachliche Rückfragen zu Daten und Prüfberichten
• Organisation und Überwachung von Dateneingängen sowie Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Bearbeitung
• Weiterentwicklung von Datenbankstrukturen, Workflows und Verarbeitungsprozessen zur Qualitäts- und Effizienzsteigerung
• Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Monitoring firmeneigener Programme und Datenprozesse

Qualifikation

Your profile

• Completed vocational training
• Experience in the Automotive or tire/felgen sector desired
• Pleasure in tables and a basic understanding of technical article data
• Openness to further development and enthusiasm for learning
• High customer- and goal-oriented, analytical skills, and quick comprehension
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Neben Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind auch gute Organisationsfähigkeiten und strukturiertes Arbeiten wünschenswert
• Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit (ca. 10-20%)
