Technical customer support in automotive sector

Are you looking for a new interesting challenge? As part of our customer service team, you will be the contact person on site for various customers in southern Germany. In addition to inspection and repair work and the procurement of materials, you will also be responsible for training new employees.

• As a person of contact with our customers, you record complaints and coordinate complaint processing with the responsible departments

• You carry out checks and rework on cable harnesses with subsequent documentation

• You are also responsible for analyzing requirements and ordering materials as well as for the spare parts warehouse

• Another part of your role will be to train new employees

• You work directly at our customer's plant

• You are also involved in optimization measures relating to sustainability

• You have several years of professional experience in the automotive sector, especially in the production of wiring systems, the production processes and carrying out reworking

• At best, you have completed training / education as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), automotive electrician (m/f/d) or comparable technical profession

• You have an understanding of technical documentation and product drawings

• You are familiar with MS Office applications and SAP

• We expect a very good command of German and English

• Working in two shifts is no problem for you
