Technical Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Point of contact for our customers around our flour cash register solution
• Analyze technical questions and independent problem-solving
• Interface between customers, development, and product
• Support in setting up, using, and optimizing our software
• Thinking ahead, shaping, and improving existing processes
• Bringing your own ideas – we don't just want execution, but initiative

• Comes from the development/technology field
• Takes pleasure in speaking with people
• Can explain technical connections clearly
• And is eager to take responsibility and actively drive things forward

Qualifikation

• Techical education, study or comparable developer/IT experience
• Understanding of software, APIs, systems or similar technical environments
