Your role

As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will be the central interface between our customers and the tech team.

You understand customer processes. You can explain technical concepts.
You accompany workshops. You set up automations.
And you ensure that our customers successfully and meaningfully use CARvinci®.

Tasks

• Main point of contact for our customers after the project start
• Analysis of customer processes and derivation of meaningful automation approaches
• Conducting and accompanying strategy and process workshops
• Translation of customer requirements into clear technical requirements for the tech team
• Operative implementation of low-code and automation solutions
• Closely working with product and development teams
• Structured feedback from customers to further develop the software
• Accompanying customers on project manager and CEO levels

Qualification

Important

• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Pleasure in dealing with people and solution-oriented communication
• Strong understanding of processes and workflows
• Able to explain technical connections clearly
• Independent, structured working style

Technical Profile

• Understanding of software and system logic
• Experience or strong interest in low-code and automation tools
• Able to implement simple technical solutions independently
• No developer role. No deep coding necessary
