Aktuell suchen wir zur weiteren Verstärkung unseres CRM-Teams ab sofort einen Technical Consultant (m/w/d).

Requirements

The Kernaufgaben include:

• Development and implementation of implementation concepts, individually tailored to customer needs
• Technical consulting for business consultants
• Supporting internal CRM customer support with technical questions
• Ongoing monitoring and maintenance of the Zoho software suite
• Concept and development of new features and extensions in the Zoho environment
• Interface function to the developer team for technical implementations and joint development of new functions
• Development and implementation of solutions for optimal integration of Zoho into IT architectures
• Active customer communication and technical consulting - both direct exchange with customers and coordination with internal teams

What we expect from you:

• You have a successfully completed (Fach-) university degree, preferably in the fields of business informatics, IT or business administration, or an HTL Spengergasse degree (Field: Informatik)
• 3-5 years of work experience desired
• Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. MS Dynamics, Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce), Zoho user knowledge of advantage (not mandatory)
• Knowledge of programming languages (especially JavaScript and Deluge)
• Sovereign handling of Microsoft 365 products
• Analytical and structured thinking
• Proactivity in learning new topics and a strong hands-on mentality
• Team player and joy in collaboration, both internally and with our customers
• High affinity to technologies, innovations and trends
• Excellent German and English skills in writing and speaking (at least C1)

• Salary: According to the IT collective agreement, the monthly gross salary is €3,175 for a full-time position. We offer you an overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience. Because "Beyond" means going beyond every day. That applies to our employees' remuneration as well!
