As Technical Coordinator, you are the technical point of contact for our agency. You ensure that our clients can safely and carefree get on the road. You are responsible for the full range of tasks, including: • Coordinating the implementation of new technologies and systems; • Providing technical support to colleagues and clients; • Developing and maintaining technical documentation; • Identifying and resolving technical issues; • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration; • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends. Certifications: • ITIL Foundation Certificate (desired but not required).
