Technical Content Writer

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 4 years Location: Remote (India) JobType: full-time We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer with a strong foundation in technology and experience creating content for developer-focused products or the logistics/location technology space. The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content tailored for diverse audiences. Requirements Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop high-quality, accurate, and engaging technical content for various formats (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, case studies) that cater to the needs of developers, IT professionals, and other stakeholders. • Conduct research on emerging technologies, trends, and innovations in the logistics/location technology space to create informative and compelling content. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to develop a deep understanding of products and services and create relevant technical content. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and standards to ensure that the created content is accurate, comprehensive, and relevant. • Work closely with the editorial team to review, edit, and refine content for publication. • Meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality content on time. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new content initiatives. • Develop a deep understanding of the target audience's needs, preferences, and pain points to create content that resonates with them. • Ensure that all created content adheres to the company's style guide, tone, and voice. • Identify opportunities to repurpose existing content into new formats (e.g., social media posts, infographics) to maximize its reach and impact. • Develop a content calendar to plan and organize content creation and publication. • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for content success, such as engagement metrics, website traffic, and lead generation. • Stay organized, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; or equivalent experience. • 4+ years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or a related field. • Strong understanding of technology and the logistics/location technology space. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong research and analytical skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and other publishing tools. • Benefits: • Competitive salary • Comprehensive health insurance • 20 days of paid time off per year • Flexible work arrangements • Professional development opportunities
