Part-time Technical Content Manager (m/w/d)

The nLine GmbH, headquartered in Haar near Munich, was founded in 2023 as a joint venture between Wahtari GmbH and Helukabel. We have specialized in developing innovative AI-based systems for visual quality control. Our 360° all-in-one solutions are used by well-known cable, wire, pipe, hose, and rope manufacturers and are characterized by high accuracy, versatility, and fast, easy commissioning. Highest data security through our own developed software and hardware is self-evident to us.

Tasks

Technical Documentation

• Maintenance & Development of User Handbook (DE/EN, approx. 100 pages)
• Dokumentation of new features per software release (4-8 times a year)
• Creation of Quickstart Guides, Test Reports, and Operating and Assembly Instructions
• Coordination with Translation Agencies (ES, IT, CS)

Marketing & Content

• Maintenance & Development of our Website (Texts, Structure, SEO)
• Care of our Social Media Channels (LinkedIn & Co.)
• Creation of Presentations, Product Materials, and Short Campaign Contents
• Co-shaping our visual communication

Qualification

• Experience in technical editing desirable
• Sense for good texts: precise in documentation, creative in marketing
• Experience with Social Media and common design tools an advantage
• Very good German and English in writing and speaking
• Structured, self-responsible working style
