We are currently looking for a Technical Consultant (m/f/d) to strengthen our product VISIT (a software solution for visitor and yard management) for the North Rhine-Westphalia region / Remote.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Management:
  As the person responsible for the smooth project execution of our customized VISIT software, you will take over the expert support and consulting of customers and service partners, create detailed project plans, and ensure compliance with time and financial factors.
• Technical Implementation & Customizing:
  You will be responsible for technically adapting our software solution to the individual requirements of our customers and ensuring seamless implementation that meets all technical specifications.
• Knowledge Transfer & Training:
  Training administrators and users at the customer's site is also part of your responsibility.
• Bridge between Development & Sales:
  As a link between development and sales, you will contribute to ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between the teams.
• Presenting, Enthusing, Networking:
  You will support your colleagues in pre- and after-sales by participating in on-site presentations or accompanying the team at trade fairs.
• Strategic Customer Support & Customer Success: You will support a fixed customer base beyond the project duration and will be the first point of technical contact for our customers. Through regular reviews, you will identify optimization and expansion potential and support our customers in achieving the greatest possible added value from VISIT.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Informatics
  or a technical training such as IT specialist – career changers from the IT field are also welcome.
• Sound practical experience with Windows Server, SQL databases, APIs.
• An understanding of technical contexts and the ability to present complex technical concepts understandably.
• Experience in project management, implementation, support, or consulting of software solutions – IPMA certification is an advantage.
• Team spirit as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Very good German and English skills.
