We’re currently looking for a Technical Consultant to join our Health and Care division. The role will be focused on providing technical expertise and support to our customers, implementing our software solutions, and ensuring their successful adoption. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide technical consultancy to customers throughout the project lifecycle. * Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Design and implement software solutions based on customer needs. * Configure and customize our software products. * Provide training and support to customers. * Work collaboratively with other team members, including project managers, business analysts, and developers. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies. * Participate in pre-sales activities, such as product demonstrations and technical presentations. **Essential Skills and Experience:** * Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or similar role. * Strong technical skills, including experience with software implementation, configuration, and customization. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Experience working with health and care organizations is desirable. * Experience with SQL databases. * Experience with Windows Server. * Experience with networking principles. **Desirable Skills and Experience:** * Experience with Civica software products. * Experience with Agile methodologies. * Relevant industry certifications. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. * Excellent training and development opportunities. * Pension scheme. * Private medical insurance. * Life assurance. * Employee assistance program. * Cycle to work scheme. * Flexible working options. **Additional Information:** * This role may require travel to customer sites. * Civica is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified persons.
