Technical Consultant - French (m/w/d)

Tasks

As a Technical Consultant, you are part of our Client Implementation and Integration (CIaO) Teams and support one of our international customers with all matters related to our products and services.

• Technical consulting and support for one of our major customers
• Analyzing and solving technical problems in collaboration with the development department
• Interface to internal specialist departments (e.g. sales, IT)
• Configuring and testing customer connections

Qualification

• Completed education or completed studies in the IT sector and/or several years of professional experience in the field of IT support, IT consulting, application engineering, or similar
• Outstanding technical expertise as well as high customer orientation
• Fluent French and English skills in writing and speaking
• Good German language skills are an advantage
• Payment experience is a plus
