Technical Consultant D365 CE - 6-month Contract Opportunity - Immediate start

Please note, this is a 6-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension. We are looking for someone with an immediate start date. This role is open right across NZ and Australia. Our Purpose Here at Datacom we connect people and technology in order to solve challenges, create opportunities and discover new possibilities for the communities we live in About You As a Technical Consultant specialising in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. This includes but is not limited to: • Providing technical expertise and guidance on D365 CE implementation, configuration and customisation. • Collaborating with the project team to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements. • Conducting workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure they are getting the most out of their D365 CE solution. • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in D365 CE and applying this knowledge to improve our services. • Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. • Working closely with other Datacom teams, including sales, delivery and support to deliver a seamless client experience. • Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the development of new ideas and initiatives. • Maintaining accurate records of time spent on projects and tasks. • Adhering to Datacom's policies and procedures. • Any other duties as required by your manager or the business.
