Technical Consultant Cybersecurity & Customer Success (m/w/d)

Cyber Insight develops a KI-based cybersecurity platform for regulated companies with ZYLENTIX. Our customers use ZYLENTIX to better understand product-specific cybersecurity risks, efficiently evaluate vulnerabilities, and structure security processes across complex product and system landscapes.

We work with Enterprise customers from demanding industries like MedTech, Healthcare, and Industry. Products often consist of many components, different teams are responsible for various areas, and security assessments must be comprehensible, scalable, and regulatory-compliant.

To support the next growth phase, we are looking for a Technical Consultant who combines technical implementation, cybersecurity understanding, customer communication, and structured project work.

Aufgaben

As a Technical Consultant Cybersecurity & Customer Success, you will be the central technical interface between our customers and our internal product-, engineering-, and operations-team.

You will accompany Enterprise customers from technical evaluation to architecture- and integration-concepts, implementation, go-live, and ongoing operation. You will not only support individual projects but also build repeatable onboarding-, integration-, and operational processes for ZYLENTIX.

Your tasks:

• You will accompany the technical implementation of ZYLENTIX at Enterprise customers.
• You will align infrastructure-, network-, security-, and deployment-requirements with customers and internal teams.
• You will support deployment-concepts for Private Cloud, Hybrid Setups, and customer-side system components.
• You will conduct technical workshops with IT-, security-, product-security-, and architecture-teams.
• You will analyze customer requirements, technical use cases, and existing security processes.
• You will support customers in setting up operational models for customer-side components like frontend, masking, pseudonymization, and connectivity.
• You will help to depict complex product and component structures in ZYLENTIX, for example, total products, components, responsible teams, and validation states.
• You will support human-in-the-loop processes where customers validate analysis results, answer questions, or improve automation.
• You will structure customer feedback, open points, and feature requirements and coordinate implementation with product, engineering, operations, and external partners.
• You will document architecture-, operational-, onboarding-, and integration-concepts.
• You will accompany customers long-term after go-live and support the expansion of ZYLENTIX usage in further business units, product areas, or locations.

Qualifikation

You bring:

• Experience in IT-, OT-, cybersecurity- or software implementation projects in the Enterprise environment.
• Good understanding of modern IT/OT-, network-, cloud-, and infrastructure architectures.
• Technical understanding for Linux, containerization, APIs, authentication, and software integration.
• Experience in working with customers, technical stakeholders, and internal product or engineering teams.
• Able to structure complex technical requirements, document them, and translate them into concrete next steps.
• Interest in cybersecurity, product security, vulnerability management, or security operations.
• Very good German and good English.
• Pleasure in taking responsibility and actively driving customer projects forward.

Helpful but not a must:

• Experience as Technical Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Solution Consultant, Professional Services Consultant, or Technical Customer Success Manager.
• Experience with Private Cloud-, Hybrid- or On-Premises deployments.
• Knowledge in vulnerability management, asset management, security operations, or product security.
• Experience in the Healthcare-, MedTech-, Industry- or regulated Enterprise environment.
• Experience with OpenAPI, File Storage, Export formats, Reporting, or integrations into customer systems.
• Experience with operational models, runbooks, responsibility matrices, or technical operation documentation.

You don't have to fulfill every point. What's important is that you quickly understand technical topics, structure them neatly, and enjoy working with customers as well as internal teams.
