Technical Communicator Intern

Intern with our Information Experience (IX) team and help redesign how users discover and apply product knowledge where the digital and physical meet. In this internship position, you will move beyond traditional documentation to influence the entire user journey, assisting a busy team in crafting learning experiences that make complex machine control systems feel effortless for operators worldwide. Requirements: • Currently pursuing a degree in Technical Communication, Information Design, or a related field. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and formats. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
