Technical Commercial Specialist - Biologics

To support this mission, Syngenta's Commercial Team seeks a Technical Commercial Specialist - Biologics in Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, Mexico. This role will be responsible for achieving sales targets in the territory according to agreed strategies and priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Advise key farmers: Provide integrated crop solutions, working directly with farmers or in conjunction with distributors and independent technicians.
- Manage orders: Process and track commercial orders from clients, ensuring efficient execution.
- SUPPORT TRAINING OF DISTRIBUTOR STAFF, committed to acquiring skills for autonomous delivery.
- SUPPORT LOCAL COMMERCIAL INITIATIVES by managing demo trials, farm days, and local promotional activities.
- ANALYZE THE MARKET: Collect and analyze crucial information about distributors, retailers, farmers, prices, and agronomic trends using our knowledge management (KM) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- SUPERVISE AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH AGREED PRICE POLICIES in your territory.
