aureas is building the search engine for real estate properties. Supported by AI, we create initial feasibility analyses for our clients (project developers and family offices) and match properties with a product (asset classes residential, parking, hospitality, sports, and much more) and calculate the costs and returns of the project.

Through matching, we are becoming THE central platform for real estate development.

aureas delivers the product with the strongest business case – in hours instead of weeks. We don't sell software, but the result: the work of a project manager at half the cost and ten times the speed.

Responsibilities

You will build the aureas brain: a model of everything that touches the built environment – properties and existing buildings, building law, construction costs, market data, system builders. Specialized agents and an orchestrator who knows what every project phase needs.

In the first twelve months: connect and keep data sources up-to-date, get the feasibility path from a mere address to a ranked development scenario running end-to-end, build the matching between area and system construction product, connect partner portals.

You decide the architecture underneath.

Qualifications

You are the perfect mix of architect and software developer.

You write code yourself, every day, and improve the product, but you can also think about it from the customer's perspective.

You are deeply involved in LLM and agent work, not at a demo level. And you have a connection to the subject matter – an architecture degree that you traded for code, time spent in a project development or planning office.
