Technical Co-Founder (Full-Stack Developer) – Equity Only

Now we need a Technical Co-Founder to transform this vision into a working, scalable product.

Your Role
As our CTO and Co-Founder, you’ll be the technical brain and strategic partner behind the product — owning everything from architecture to execution. You’ll lead development from first prototype to scalable enterprise platform, ensuring security, performance, and user experience are at the core.

Working hand-in-hand with the business founder, you’ll help shape the feature set, tech stack, and delivery roadmap, turning a validated concept into a market-ready solution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-stack development from MVP to production, including architecture and deployment.
• Set up and manage cloud infrastructure (ideally Microsoft Azure).
• Integrate scalable, secure systems for enterprise environments.
• Collaborate on product design, UX, and feature prioritization.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience as a full-stack developer (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, or similar frameworks).
• Understanding of enterprise-level architecture, security, and integrations.
• Experience deploying on Microsoft Azure (or willingness to skill up quickly).
• Startup mindset — comfortable with rapid iteration, uncertainty, and wearing multiple hats.
• Leadership - Proven ability to take a concept from business vision to execution.
• Build and lead a small, high-performance development team as we grow.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with wellbeing, social impact, or enteprise tech products.
• Prior experience as a technical founder or early-stage team member.
• Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and customer needs.
