Clarify technical causes - sustainably improve product quality

Our client is an established technology partner for electrical drive technology, control technology, and industrial automation. The company develops individual, high-performance solutions for demanding applications in mechanical and plant engineering. A strong hands-on mentality, deep industry knowledge, and consistent customer orientation characterize the collaboration. As part of the further professionalization of quality management, we are looking for a technically experienced personality who can address complex technical issues and drive sustainable improvements.
The task:
Technical responsibility for demanding customer complaints, as well as management of escalations, customer visits, and 8D processes
Analysis of complex fault patterns at the component, device, and system level, as well as preparation of technical statements
Conducting and moderating cross-departmental root cause analyses
Further development of structured failure analysis processes and derivation of sustainable quality assurance measures
Definition, support, and evaluation of qualification and validation tests for electronic components and systems
Close collaboration with development, production, service, and application, as well as monitoring of the effectiveness of measures


The profile:
Analytical and structured way of working combined with strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
University degree or further education in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in quality or claims management, technical support, service engineering, or application
Very good understanding of mechatronic systems and electrical drive technology, including control, power, and signal electronics
Sound knowledge of power electronics, IGBTs, processors, sensors, industrial communication, and EMC-compliant system design
Experience in systematic troubleshooting, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, as well as qualification and testing processes
