Job description

We are looking for a new colleague as Technical Business System Analyst to manage IT applications within our IT Enterprise Applications Dev/Op Department. You will perform work in analyzing, maintenance, testing new software applications developed by third parties or modifying existing software packages to fit unique customer needs and configurations. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with analysis team to understand business requirements and to identify optimal implementation solution;
  • Involve in customizing, implementing and maintaining SW applications developed by third parties;
  • Deploy application packages on production environments
  • Use knowledge of database systems (Oracle / MS SQL Server / My SQL etc.) and programming skills (OOP) to investigate system and application errors;
  • Test new systems and products, modify existing programs;
  • Train users on new software usage;
  • Write documentation and assists in providing quality assurance review of user systems;
  • Participate in auditing the information systems used, according to the legal requirements;
  • Report development using Oracle BI, Power BI and Oracle database;
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in business application implementation and SQL development; previous work experience in insurance preferable;
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT field;
  • Experience in business analysis, project management, SQL development, report building;
  • Results and customer orientation;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • Know-how of using REST or SOAP based APIs
  • Initiative, decision-making capacity and taking responsibility;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
  • English knowledge – medium to advance level.
