Job description
At least 4 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or similar roles in regulated environments Strong understanding of inquiry management processes and customer interaction platforms Experience working with CRM or case management systems and data-driven tools (Salesforce preferred) Prior knowledge of compliance frameworks, including validation processes and data privacy principles, medical inquiry processes, and pharmaceutical compliance (GxP, data privacy) Analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or government Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably with Scrum or Kanban Prior experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
