Technical Business Analyst

What we’re looking for Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Agile delivery leadership . Strong understanding of business operations, technology, and data analysis. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira or Asana. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. What you’ll do Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business needs. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports. Identify and mitigate risks, and develop mitigation plans. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including product owners, technical teams, and business leaders. What you need to apply Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Agile delivery leadership experience. Strong understanding of business operations, technology, and data analysis. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira or Asana. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
