Technical Business Analyst – ESG @ Antal

Proven experience delivering technically focused Business Analysis services within change initiatives involving multiple internal and/or external stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage audiences of varying levels of business and technical understanding and seniority. Solid understanding of ESG data and the broader data lifecycle. Experience working within an Agile technology delivery environment. Experience designing solutions that integrate third-party systems, leveraging APIs and data feeds. Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing input and guidance to stakeholders. Experience working in an international environment, with exposure to different cultures and ways of working. Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques. Strong understanding of business operations and processes, with experience analyzing and improving existing processes.
