Technical Business Analyst @ Mindbox Sp.z.o.o.

Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 2 years in Identity & Access Management . Knowledge of IAM for personal and service accounts, differences between privileged and non-privileged accounts, and Human vs System-to-System access. Understanding of IAM technologies, database structures, and API usage. Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proven ability to document requirements, excellent communication and facilitation skills. Technical proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, MS Project, Asana, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype, and other collaboration platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain high-quality results under tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with cloud-based services such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft 365. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, and D3.js. Understanding of IT service management frameworks like ITIL, COBIT, and ISO/IEC 20000. Ability to work in a global environment with diverse cultures, languages, and time zones. Experience working with remote teams and virtual meetings. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes, develop solutions, and implement changes. Proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, new technologies, and shifting business needs.
