Technical Business Analyst – Application Modernization Work location: Kraków Technologies we use Expected SQL .NET BPMN UML Microsoft Azure Operating system Linux About the project As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global financial organization driving complex IT transformation and application modernization initiatives. You will support the migration and modernization of legacy systems, ensuring business rules, data lineage, and domain models are accurately documented and understood. Your responsibilities will include: * Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications * Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document requirements * Creating and maintaining documentation, including process flows, data models, and use cases * Identifying and assessing the impact of changes on existing systems * Participating in the design and implementation of new solutions * Supporting testing and deployment activities * Providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle * Supporting the migration of legacy applications to a cloud environment (Microsoft Azure) Requirements: * Experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects * Experience in application modernization initiatives * Understanding of SQL and relational databases * Knowledge of .NET framework * Experience with BPMN and UML * Experience with Microsoft Azure * Experience working with Linux operating system * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Fluency in English (written and spoken) Nice to have: * Experience in the financial industry * Experience with Agile methodologies * Knowledge of specific financial products and processes We offer: * Opportunity to work on challenging and innovative projects * Competitive salary and benefits package * Professional development opportunities * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Flexible working hours * Hybrid work model If you are interested in this position, please send your CV in English.
