Technical Assistant of Pre-Construction

To strengthen our team in Bucharest, we are looking for a Technical Assistant of Pre-Construction to support the renewable energy project development team.

• At least 3 years of professional experience;
• Technical background, preferably in electrical engineering/energy;
• Proficiency in main software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
• Knowledge in the wind/photovoltaic energy sector is preferred but not mandatory;
• Availability to travel nationwide for visits to solar/wind project sites, public authorities, municipalities, etc.;
• Category B driving license;
• Advanced knowledge of English or intermediate knowledge of Italian.

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support during the pre-construction phase of new power plants;
• Reviewing and assisting in the preparation of documentation required to obtain construction permits;
• Supporting project development activities, in coordination with the development project manager, subcontractors, and in collaboration with external consultants;
• Providing technical assistance in permitting procedures, particularly in preparing documentation and subsequent amendments;
• Assisting in monitoring permits for energy projects (ANRE establishment permit, environmental permit, etc.);
• Contributing to the drafting of project-related contracts.
