For our customer in the region, we are looking for a Technical Assistant (50%) in Bern. Area of responsibility: - Disposition & Coordination: You plan and coordinate orders, service works, and subscriptions. - Organization: You take over the annual planning, budgeting, and reporting. - Customer Service: You provide excellent customer service to our customers. - Communication: You communicate with colleagues, supervisors, and customers in a clear and concise manner. - Flexibility: You are flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. - Teamwork: You work closely with the team to achieve common goals. - Problem-solving: You identify and solve problems independently or with the support of your supervisor. - Continuous Learning: You continuously learn and improve your skills and knowledge. - Confidentiality: You maintain confidentiality regarding customer data and information. For this position, you should have a vocational training in a technical field (e.g., electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills.
