The focus lies particularly on the realization of customized office spaces for public authorities and internationally active companies. As an asset management company, we accompany the acquisition, strategic reorientation, as well as continuous and long-term development of real estate. For our team, we are looking for additional support immediately, a Technical Asset Manager (m/w/d) who will be responsible for the technical management of our real estate portfolio. This includes the monitoring of property values, the identification of potential risks and opportunities, and the implementation of measures to optimize the value of our properties. The ideal candidate should have experience in the field of real estate or a related area, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
