As part of a succession solution (pensioning), we are seeking a personality as Technical Area Sales Manager m/w, 100%. Your task: · Advise existing customers on customized coating solutions in the plastics and/or metal segment · Acquire new customers, regular customer visits, travel activity approximately 60% nationwide · Prepare offers and negotiate conditions, including price negotiations · Close cooperation with internal departments to optimize the supply chain and customer service · Present the attractive, sustainable product portfolio and advise potential customers at major trade fairs (1-2 times per year) · Liaison between customer, supplier, production · Your profile: · Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic or similar and work experience in a technical environment · In-house and out-of-house experience in a manufacturing company (industry) · Experience in metal and/or plastics coating · Good PC skills · Communicative team player with initiative and negotiation skills · Enjoyment and passion for sales conversations and selling · Outstanding customer- and employee-oriented approach · High social and verbal competence, convincing appearance · Great communication ability, high stress tolerance and flexibility · Negotiation-safe German knowledge · Residence in the Bernese Mittelland It expects you a 100% position in an innovative company.
