About the Company We are seeking a highly innovative and client-facing Associate Architect with a strong background in Agentic AI and a deep understanding of the telecommunications domain. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge Agentic AI solutions that can autonomously perform complex tasks, conduct research, engage in customer conversations, and drive the creation of high-impact products and services for enterprise Telco clients. About the Role The ideal candidate will be a visionary thinker with exceptional communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and developing innovative Agentic AI solutions that integrate with existing systems and processes. • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners. • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Agentic AI, machine learning, and telecommunications technologies. • Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on best practices for designing and developing Agentic AI solutions. • Participating in design reviews and ensuring that all designs meet the company's quality standards. • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and training materials for internal use. • Providing input to product roadmaps and contributing to the development of new products and services. • Collaborating with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in designing and developing Agentic AI solutions. • Strong understanding of the telecommunications domain and its applications. • Experience with machine learning and deep learning algorithms. • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
