This provides an extraordinary opportunity to architect some of the innovative solutions of the company for some of the most prominent financial institutions (Banks / NBFCs / FinTechs) in India. Job Role: Leadership role with skills in hands-on coding (60%), as well as strategic planning, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's technology stack and architecture. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy innovative solutions that meet business requirements. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and architects. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development. • Participate in the development of the company's technology strategy and roadmap. • Work closely with the leadership team to identify and prioritize projects that drive business growth. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. • Lead by example, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the engineering organization. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • At least 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, and JavaScript. • Experience with cloud-based technologies like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform. • Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
