Technical Application & Integration Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a technically adept individual who enjoys investigating problems independently, understanding customer requirements, and implementing solutions together with our development team. Analytical thinking, practical experience, and initiative are more important to us than formal project management certifications or leadership experience.

As a Technical Application & Integration Specialist (m/f/d), you will be the interface between customers, software development, and our platform. You will translate requirements into technical solutions, test new features, and get to the bottom of technical questions.

Your Responsibilities

• You will manage technical customer and integration projects – from requirements to implementation.

• You will analyze customer processes and translate them into clear technical requirements for our external software development team.

• You will define test cases, test new features, and be responsible for their validation and acceptance.

• You will work closely with customers, developers, and technical partners.

• You will analyze technical problems and provide support for complex support and error cases.

• You will integrate on-board units, tablets, and smartphones with our platform as needed.

• You will develop reusable solutions, standards, and testing procedures to prevent errors.

• You will document technical contexts and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer.

• You will actively participate in the further development and modernization of our platform and processes.

What You Bring

You don't have to be a classic software developer. It's important to us that you understand technical contexts, think analytically, and enjoy finding solutions.

• Very good technical understanding and enjoyment of learning about interconnected systems

• Experience with software testing, error analysis, system integration, or technical project management

• The ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications

• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work

• Enjoyment of collaborating with customers and software developers

• Initiative and a strong hands-on mentality

• Very good German and good English skills; Hungarian and Romanian skills are an advantage

Technically helpful: Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, EDI, SQL, databases, log analysis, SaaS systems, or scripting. Experience with telematics, vehicle data, mobile Android devices, or AI is also welcome.

Programming skills are a plus, but not a requirement. The crucial aspect is your ability to understand technical contexts, precisely describe requirements, and reliably test and evaluate developed solutions.
