Technical Analyst Java

At Add Value, we are looking for Technical Analysts who want to go beyond code and play a central role in technical decisions and Team growth.

You will enter complex and stimulating contexts in the Banking, Insurance, and Industrial & Automotive markets, contributing to the design and implementation of Enterprise solutions, Cloud Native and Microservices that generate real value for our clients.

You will be the technical point of reference for the Team, guiding developers in daily activities, ensuring quality and punctuality of deliverables, and collaborating directly with the Client.

You will be involved in the analysis of requirements, the definition of estimates, and the design of scalable and maintainable solutions.

You are the ideal candidate if you possess:

• experience in the technical and operational management of development Teams
• experience in writing technical/functional analyses
• knowledge of Java, Spring, and Relational Databases

We offer a permanent contract with a Gross Annual Salary (RAL) between €33,000 and €40,000, plus an incentive-based variable component, meal vouchers, and a corporate welfare plan. The position and salary will be defined within the indicated range based on the skills and professional experience identified during the introductory interview, in accordance with the company's remuneration system, according to objective, transparent, and gender-neutral criteria.
