Technical AI Consultant (all genders)

Have you studied Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or Machine Learning, gained experience in the technical AI environment, and now want to do more than just build something with "AI", but lead end-to-end AI solutions to success with clients?

At Aivisory, an emerging AI boutique consultancy, we are looking for a Technical AI Consultant who combines deep technical knowledge with a feel for clients and projects. Too many companies fail to implement AI sustainably in practice – either because the technical basis is lacking, or because no one bridges the gap between technology and business. You build precisely this bridge: you understand AI architectures in detail, but can also explain them understandably to non-technical people and implement them together with our development team.

Important: We are not looking for a "hardcore techie" who wants to program alone all day. You will advise companies with us and interact directly with our partners and clients: meaning, you will independently deliver projects, develop AI architectures, communicate at eye level with clients, and if necessary, lead workshops. Tasks

• Independent conception and development of AI architectures for individual customer requirements
• Management and implementation of AI projects: from the initial requirements analysis to productive rollout, depending on the project scope, also in close cooperation with our offshore development team
• Preparation and execution of technical workshops, e.g., to identify AI use cases with clients and derive technical roadmaps
• Evaluation and selection of suitable AI technologies, models, and tools for specific business requirements
• Advising clients on questions of technical feasibility, scalability, and sustainable integration of AI solutions into existing IT landscapes
• Translation of complex technical issues into functional, secure, and sustainable AI products
• Continuous learning about current developments in the AI world as well as new technologies, frameworks, and approaches

Qualification

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in a client-oriented role, ideally in (IT/AI) consulting or a comparable environment with direct client contact (including internal clients)
• In-depth technical understanding of AI/ML architectures, common frameworks, and modern cloud and software architectures
• You see yourself not exclusively as a developer, but want to use your technical knowledge to develop AI-driven solutions and advise clients strategically and content-wise
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence with a confident demeanor
• (Initial) experience in preparing and conducting (technical) workshops or training sessions is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills & team-oriented work in German and English
• Occasional willingness to travel to support clients on-site if needed
• Ideally, you live in Berlin – if not, the position can also be performed remotely throughout Germany
