Manpower Italia Assunzione Diretta Il group Manpower in collaboration with the group Marine Interiors - a Fincantieri Company, leader worldwide in the design, realization and delivery of public areas, cabins, catering and glass for the naval sector, with various offices and production facilities in Italy, is seeking a TECNICO AFTER SALES for the company SEANERGY, part of the Marine Interiors group. In 2018, Seanergy - a Marine Interiors Company, specialized in the design, realization and installation of catering areas in the naval sector. Seanergy represents a new proposal in the industrial kitchen sector, especially in newbuilding and the added value is given by the ability to manage internally all the processing of steel structures. In particular, Seanergy realizes spaces and equipment for food and beverage preparation and conservation on board cruise ships. The Technical After Sales will be located within the Commercial Office at the Cordignano (TV) plant. Responsibilities - Receive from customers reports of defects or non-conformities or warranty claims; - Collect all documentation in an orderly manner; - Analyze requests with the Technical Office or PM; - Send claims to equipment suppliers that do not function; - Manage with suppliers the arrival of spare parts under warranty; - Issue RDA to the Purchasing Department for the management of spare parts; - Coordinate with logistics for the shipment of materials; - Keep the customer constantly informed about the progress of the project; - For non-warranty components, prepare and issue a sales offer to the customer. - Maintain an anomaly log. Requirements - Experience in after-sales or customer care roles with technical background; - Technical degree and predisposition to reading technical drawings 2D and 3D; - Predisposition to working in a group and ability to relate to colleagues, suppliers and third parties; - Competence in document management; - Organizational skills; - Competence in using main computer systems; - Fluent English written and spoken; - Attitude to collaboration, flexibility and proactivity.
