With a strong global footprint and ambitious growth trajectory, this organisation is scaling rapidly and requires a technically skilled and experienced accountant to join their Finance team as a Technical Accountant (M&A, FP&A, Audit-focused). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical accounting support to the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, and Internal Audit department. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant with experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit procedures to join a dynamic and growing organisation. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical accounting support to the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team, including due diligence reviews, purchase price allocations, and post-acquisition accounting. Assist the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Support the Internal Audit department by reviewing and testing internal controls, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation. Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an ERP software company. Strong technical accounting skills, including experience with M&A transactions, financial planning & analysis, and internal audit procedures. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Benefits: £70,000 neg salary.
