Technical Account Manager – Sarpi Remediation (Veolia)

To strengthen our commercial team in Grimbergen, we are looking for a driven Technical Account Manager (M/V/X).

Your responsibilities include:

• Commercial development:
• Building and maintaining a diverse customer portfolio (industry, governments, study bureaus, etc.).
• Actively seeking out new commercial opportunities for projects in soil and groundwater remediation and excavation.
• Independently conducting site visits, maintaining client communication, and presenting offers.
• Collaborating with direct colleagues to ensure a consistent and performing commercial approach and building a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Technical expertise and collaboration:
• Suggesting technical solutions tailored to the customer's needs, with attention to quality, planning, cost calculation, and profitability.
• Narrowly collaborating with internal departments (calculation, projects, production, technical service, financial services) and subcontractors (e.g. drilling companies, distribution channels) in preparing offers.
• Preparing and providing briefings to project teams, highlighting both technical and commercial aspects.
• Marketing and communication:
• Actively participating in communication and marketing activities (e.g. LinkedIn, trade shows, technical publications).
