Responsibilities

• You will advise and support our business customers holistically on all technical challenges in the area of crisis-proof voice communication in the context of MCPTT and mobile communications.
• You will be the first point of technical contact and manage customer projects from presales consulting, technical onboarding, and piloting, through to stable commissioning and expansion.
• You will support sales in presales through technical consulting, conceptual design, and presentations to the customer.
• You will process technical queries from your customers and take responsibility for structured error analysis and sustainable problem-solving during testing and in ongoing operations.
• You will work closely with sales, customer service, product management, and technical specialist departments.
• You will systematically incorporate customer requirements into the further development of products and services.

Qualifications

• You have sound experience in the field of Mission Critical Push to Talk (MCPTT).
• You possess very good knowledge of modern mobile communication technologies and end-to-end applications.
• You have a good understanding of critical operational and emergency communication.
• You have experience in consulting complex technical telecommunications solutions in the B2B environment.
• You are characterized by an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills.
• You have experience in project management and work confidently in project-oriented structures.
• You have very good German language skills as well as good English language skills, both written and spoken.
• You have a completed university degree or a completed vocational training, e.g., in the field of electrical, communications, or information technology, or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of relevant professional experience.
