Responsibilities

• You will holistically advise and support our business clients with all technical challenges in the area of crisis-proof M2M communication, including Smart Grid and Smart Metering.
• You will be the first technical point of contact and manage customer projects from presales consultation, through technical onboarding and piloting, to stable commissioning and expansion.
• You will support sales in presales through technical consulting, conceptual design, and customer presentations.
• You will handle technical queries from your clients and take responsibility for structured error analysis and sustainable problem-solving during testing and in ongoing operations.
• You will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, and technical specialist departments.
• You will contribute customer requirements in a structured manner to the further development of products and services.

Qualifications

• You have sound knowledge in the end-to-end application of IT and mobile communication technologies for Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication.
• You have experience, particularly in the areas of Smart Grid and Smart Metering.
• You have experience in consulting complex ICT solutions in the B2B environment.
• You possess very good knowledge of modern mobile communication technologies as well as secure IT communication channels.
• You have experience in IP management as well as secure connections, e.g., via fiber optic networks, APN structures, and API gateways.
• You work analytically, structurally, and solution-oriented, and possess a high degree of initiative.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills.
• You have sound experience in project management and work confidently in project-oriented structures.
• You have very good German language skills as well as good English language skills, both written and spoken.
• You have completed a degree or vocational training, e.g., in the field of electrical, communications, or information technology, or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of relevant professional experience.
