Technical Account Manager (Infrastructure Security) - Adaptive Automation Technologies Inc. Location : Mumbai (Onsite) | Reports to Founder & CEO Industry : Cybersecurity SaaS Why this role This is not a traditional customer success role. You’ll be the technical face of Adaptive post-sale — working directly with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to deploy, operationalize, and scale our product inside some of India’s fastest-growing companies. You will directly influence expansion, retention, and overall satisfaction of our customers. Key responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, Engineering) to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Adaptive products within customer environments. • Develop deep understanding of customer infrastructure, security posture, and compliance requirements to provide tailored solutions and support. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the customer organization, including DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Adaptive products and services to existing customers. • Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted go-to-market strategies and messaging for specific customer segments. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in infrastructure security to continuously improve our product offerings and customer support. What we are looking for: • 3+ years of experience in a technical account management or similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity or SaaS space. • Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, security frameworks, and compliance regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell. • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and security tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Okta). • Experience working with DevOps teams and understanding of Agile development methodologies. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
