Responsibilities

• You will holistically advise and support our business customers with all technical challenges in the area of crisis-proof voice communication in the MCPTT and mobile communications environment.
• You will be the first point of technical contact and manage customer projects from presales consulting, technical onboarding, and piloting to stable commissioning and expansion.
• You will support sales in presales through technical consulting, conceptualization, and customer presentations.
• You will handle technical queries from your customers and undertake structured fault analysis as well as sustainable problem-solving in testing and ongoing operations.
• You will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, and technical departments.
• You will bring customer requirements into the further development of products and services in a structured manner.

Qualifications

• You have profound experience in the field of Mission Critical Push to Talk (MCPTT).
• You have very good knowledge of modern mobile communication technologies and end-to-end applications.
• You possess a good understanding of critical operational and emergency communication.
• You have experience in consulting complex technical ITK solutions in the B2B environment.
• You are characterized by an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills.
• You have experience in project management and are comfortable working in project-oriented structures.
• You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• You hold a completed university degree or vocational training, e.g., in the field of electrical engineering, telecommunications, or information technology, or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of relevant professional experience.
