Responsibilities

• You will holistically advise and support our business customers with all technical challenges in the area of crisis-proof voice communication in the MCPTT and mobile communications environment.
• You are the primary technical point of contact and manage customer projects from presales consulting, technical onboarding, and piloting through to stable commissioning and expansion.
• You will support sales in presales through technical consulting, concept development, and customer presentations.
• You will handle technical queries from your customers and take responsibility for structured error analysis and sustainable problem-solving during testing and in ongoing operations.
• You will work closely with sales, customer service, product management, and technical departments.
• You will systematically integrate customer requirements into the further development of products and services.

Qualifications

• You have in-depth experience in Mission Critical Push to Talk (MCPTT).
• You possess very good knowledge of modern mobile communication technologies and end-to-end applications.
• You have a good understanding of critical operational and emergency communication.
• You have experience in consulting complex technical ITK (Information and Telecommunication Technology) solutions in the B2B environment.
• You are characterized by an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills.
• You have experience in project management and are proficient in project-oriented structures.
• You have very good German language skills as well as good English language skills, both spoken and written.
• You hold a completed university degree or a completed vocational training, e.g., in electrical engineering, communications engineering, or information technology, or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of relevant professional experience.
