Aufgaben

• You advise and support our business customers comprehensively on all technical challenges in the context of crisis-proof M2M communication, including Smart Grid and Smart Metering.
• You are the first point of contact for technical matters and manage customer projects from presales consulting to technical onboarding, pilot testing, and stable operation and expansion.
• You support sales through technical consultation, concept development, and presentations at the customer's site.
• You process technical questions from your customers and take over structured error analysis and sustainable problem-solving in testing and ongoing operation.
• You work closely with sales, customer service, product management, and technical departments.
• You bring customer requirements into the further development of products and services in a structured manner.

Qualifikation

• You have fundamental knowledge of IT and mobile phone technologies for machine-to-machine communication (M2M).
• You bring experience, especially in the areas of Smart Grid and Smart Metering.
• You have experience in advising complex IT solutions in the B2B field.
• You possess very good knowledge of modern mobile phone technologies as well as secure IT communication paths.
• You have experience with IP management and secure connections, such as over LWL-based networks, APN structures, and API gateways.
• You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented and bring a high level of self-initiative.
• You possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You have experience in project management and work safely in project-oriented structures.
• You possess very good German language skills as well as good English language skills in writing and speaking.
• You possess a completed degree or a completed vocational training, e.g. in the field of electrical engineering, telecommunications, or information technology, or equivalent qualification, as well as several years of relevant professional experience.
